Don Wheaton wins Customer Satisfaction Award

It’s this level of commitment that has allowed us to win a 2015 Consumer Satisfaction Award from DealerRater.com.
DealerRater is an online service where customers can leave honest reviews about automotive dealerships. Think of it like “Yelp” but exclusively for dealerships. After working with a dealer or any other portion of the operation, a customer can visit the DealerRater website and give the business or the people they worked with a series of scores that range between zero to five stars. We are proud to say that we currently have more than 50 customer reviews on the site and have an overall average of 4.9 stars. As important as it is to us to score well on these kind of things, it truly is a reflection on our outstanding customer base, which has come to trust us over the years.
In order to win a 2015 Customer Satisfaction Award, there were a number of criteria we had to fulfill. First, we had to accumulate at least 25 reviews during the 2014 calendar-year. Then we had to average at least a four out of five stars on those reviews. From there, DealerRater uses a special algorithm to calculate a final score.
