Photos for the new Cadillac Concept Vehicle
This is one of the most exciting times to be a Cadillac customer. All-new models like the 2016 Cadillac CT6 sedan and 2017 Cadillac XT5 crossover SUV give potential buyers what the future could hold. The luxury automaker is getting ready to unveil the next Cadillac concept vehicle that will revolutionize the space. Cadillac will pull back the curtain on the new Cadillac concept vehicle at Monterey Car Week in California on Thursday (Aug. 18) at 8:45 p.m. Mountain time.

What is new with the new Cadillac concept vehicle?
As could be easily expected, there is very little information about what will be revealed with the new Cadillac concept vehicle at Monterey Car Week. The press release from the automaker is only four sentences long and basically outlines where and when the presentation can be watched. However, the press release did mention that the car will, ‘feature an array of curved OLED screens, co-developed with LG Electronics.’
This is exciting for a number of reasons. OLED technology allows for devices like touchscreens to be built without needing to be backlit. If we had to guess, by using OLED technology for the Cadillac CUE infotainment system, the screen can offer comparable daytime resolution and better night time resolution without being so distracting to the driver.
